Experience

Mr. Kacou has several years of national and international experience helping immigrant workers and families settle in the United States. He began his career as an intern in public interest organizations working with child trafficking victims and refugees, before joining a small practice where he focused on removal defense, family unity and naturalization. He now dedicates a larger portion of his practice to international workers, including professionals seeking H-1B status as well as researchers seeking national interest waivers.

Mr. Kacou welcomes requests for advice or representation at any stage of proceedings and regularly provides narrowly-tailored assistance with:
